1. General Provisions

These terms of service apply to all users of the ASINERS platform. By using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Service Description

ASINERS is a platform developed for analyzing Amazon product data and price tracking. Our services include:

  • Real-time Amazon product data collection
  • Price history analysis
  • Support for 18 different Amazon stores
  • CSV/Excel data export
  • Competition analysis tools
  • API access

3. Account Creation and Security

You must create an account to use our services. When creating an account:

  • You must provide accurate and current information
  • It is your responsibility to keep your password secure
  • You are responsible for the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately in case of suspicious activity

4. Usage Rules

You must comply with the following rules when using the platform:

  • You must act in accordance with laws and regulations
  • You must not violate the rights of others
  • You must not upload malware or viruses
  • You must not attempt to hack or damage the system
  • You must not send spam or unwanted content
  • You must not infringe copyright

5. Payment and Billing

Our premium services are paid:

  • 30-day premium access is provided
  • Your payment information is stored securely
  • Invoices are sent to your email address
  • Our refund policy applies

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The platform and its content belong to ASINERS:

  • All software, design and content are protected by copyright
  • Unauthorized copying, distribution or modification is prohibited
  • Our trademarks are protected
  • Users are responsible for their own content

7. Data Usage and Privacy

Regarding our data usage:

  • Your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy
  • Collected data is used only for service delivery
  • Data sharing with third parties is limited
  • Data security measures have been taken

8. Service Interruptions

In case of service interruptions:

  • Scheduled maintenance work is announced in advance
  • 24/7 technical support is provided for emergencies
  • Interruption times are kept to a minimum

9. Liability Limitations

ASINERS's liability is limited to:

  • Reasonable care is taken in service delivery
  • No liability is accepted for indirect damages
  • No responsibility is taken for issues arising from third-party services
  • Damages resulting from user errors are out of scope

10. Account Suspension and Termination

Your account may be suspended or terminated in the following cases:

  • Violation of terms of service
  • Illegal behavior
  • Harming other users
  • Failure to fulfill payment obligations

11. Changes and Updates

We may update these terms from time to time:

  • Significant changes are announced in advance
  • Users are notified by email
  • Changes become effective when they come into force
  • Continued use means acceptance

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is subject to Turkish law. Disputes are resolved in Istanbul courts.
